Kim Talman
Organizer and Activist Kim Talman combines two full-time careers. She is a highly successful commercial Web site developer, specializing in bringing small businesses to the Web, and the full-time mother of two boys. As PROTECT's New York state chairperson, Kim led the fight to reform her state's outrageous incest loophole, winning equal protection for the most powerless victims of child sexual abuse. She was also PROTECT's first website developer.

Our Mission

The National Association to Protect Children is a national, pro-child, anti-crime membership association. We are founded on the belief that our first and most sacred obligation as parents, citizens, and members of the human species is the protection of children from harm.

PROTECT is a bipartisan pro-child, anti-crime lobby whose sole focus is making the protection of children a top political and policy priority at the national, state and local level.
