Ruby Andrew, JSM
Ruby Andrew is an attorney who focuses on legislation. Until October 2002, she lectured in Indonesia on policymaking and legislative drafting. She has been a Congressional analyst on child protection issues and was a Spaeth Fellow at Stanford Law School. She currently teaches at Southern University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. In 2004, Ms. Andrew has led many of PROTECT's legislative drafting initiatives, including major statutory reform in Arkansas and California.

The National Association to Protect Children is a national, pro-child, anti-crime membership association. We are founded on the belief that our first and most sacred obligation as parents, citizens, and members of the human species is the protection of children from harm.

PROTECT is a bipartisan pro-child, anti-crime lobby whose sole focus is making the protection of children a top political and policy priority at the national, state and local level.
