Professor of Law, Legislative Specialist
Ruby Andrew is an attorney who focuses on
legislation. Until October 2002, she lectured in Indonesia on
policymaking and legislative drafting. She has been a Congressional
analyst on child protection issues and was a Spaeth Fellow at Stanford
Law School. She currently teaches at Southern University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. In 2004, Ms. Andrew has led many of PROTECT's legislative drafting initiatives, including major statutory reform in Arkansas and California.
