Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Services
Eugene Frizzell is an administrator in the
Child Protective Services division of the Texas Department of
Protective and Regulatory Services. He has 26 years experience in the
field, with time spent as a child protective caseworker, adoption
worker, community liaison, supervisor and program director. In
addition, he is the Senior Student and a 5th Degree Black Belt, in the
Shen Chuan system, founded by Professor Joe Lansdale. He resides in
Nacogdoches, the "oldest town in Texas."
