Child pornography does not always depict sexual abuse of children. Some criminals want to see children physically and emotionally damaged too.

Arizona police have arrested a 34-year old man and charged him with child abuse and exploitation, after discovering videotapes of him brutally humiliating and abusing his 3-year old daughter, the Arizona Daily Star reports. In one tape, the suspect reportedly tells the child, "Time for the interview," and then strikes and mocks her. Police say he carried a copy of the sadistic video footage on his cell phone. They also seized child pornography and a handgun. There is no word yet on whether the suspect has sold or distributed the videos to others.
