A.G. Biden pushes stronger sentencing in Delaware

Like father, like son. While Sen. Joe Biden leads the fight in the U.S. Senate to combat child exploitation, his son, Delaware Attorney General Beau Biden, is making the issue a priority in Delaware.

In recent months, A.G. Biden has accelerated training and deployment for his child exploitation investigation team, and now he is backing legislation to strengthen state penalties for child pornography. Biden says he realized the need for better laws after referring a case to the feds because it was the best way to ensure a meaningful sentence.
