Idaho sweetheart sentence leads to more attacks Print E-mail
Tuesday, 26 April 2005 19:00

When an Idaho court sentenced Boy Scout leader Brad Stowell for molesting 24 boys, he served "less than a week in jail for each boy he molested," according to KIFI-TV.

The results of this sweetheart sentence were reported Tuesday morning. Stowell was back in court admitting "violating his probation" by molesting three more children. As a result, his initial sentence has been reinstated. It’s a good thing for Stowell he didn’t steal a car. Idaho provides up to 20 years in prison for a single count of grand theft.
