A Will County, Illinois judge has sentenced a man to 6 months for yawning in court... while another has imposed 60 days in jail for possession of child abuse crime scene recordings.
Will County Judge Daniel Rozak made national headlines this month, when he found a man in contempt of court for a yawning loudly during the drug trial of his cousin.
Meanwhile, another Will County Judge, Amy Bertani-Tomczak, sentenced Juan D. Nunez, 25, to 60 days in jail for possession of child pornography. The case was the result of an investigation by the Joliet Police Department and the Illinois Attorney General's High Tech Crime Bureau.
