Candence Parkman, a Mississippi resident, faced charges of possessing crack cocaine and using her teenage daughter as a prostitute to finance the drug habit.
Parkman pleaded guilty to felony child neglect in Lawrence County. As a result, 5 years was suspended from her 10 year sentence.
The arrest took place in 2007 when her daughter was just 15 years old.
