Sunday, 30 December 2007 19:00

New York state senator Dale Volker, who fought with PROTECT in 2006 to banish preferential treatment for incest perpetrators in his state, is holding a public hearing today on child pornography.

Volker's powerful Senate Codes Committee will examine a range of issues, including lack of law enforcement resources, criminal penalties and "the role of organized crime in the production and distribution of child pornography."
