A recent opinion editorial in The Delaware County Daily Times probably summarizes what many people are thinking these days when it comes to child safety -- "America is quickly going to hell in a handbag." The author appears to have reached the limit of hearing about adults preying on children in unimaginable ways and at such a high rate of frequency.
