"[Ten] years ago, Paul Straw went to jail for 1st degree sexual assault of a child," reports Milwaukee television station TMJ4

"Today he runs a business out of his home in Sheboygan Falls, taking care of 2 adults with developmental disabilities.... A county representative tells TODAY'S TMJ4... that Straw is only allowed to care for 2 adults, and the families of those adults have been told about his criminal past."

The station says that one citizen, Cheryl Werner, "has been trying to get Straw's licence pulled for a year." Who else is Sheboygan County Health and Human Services not protecting?
